1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Among other things, they help remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or understand how a site is used. This document also covers equivalent storage technologies, such as browser localStorage, with the same level of transparency as cookies themselves.
2. Cookies and storage this site actually uses
After auditing this site's entire codebase, these are, exhaustively, the only cookies and storage technologies it uses:
- eht_client_session (httpOnly cookie) — keeps you signed in to the Client Panel after verifying your email with a one-time code. Provider: EHT Labs (own). Duration: 30 days. Necessary: yes, required for the Client Panel to work.
- ehtlabs.agency.session.v1 (browser local storage, not technically a cookie) — remembers which email is active in the Client Panel on this browser. Provider: EHT Labs (own). Duration: until you sign out or clear browser data. Necessary: yes.
- ehtlabs.cookie-notice.v1 (browser local storage) — remembers that you've already seen and dismissed this cookie notice, so it doesn't repeat on every page. Provider: EHT Labs (own). Duration: until you clear browser data. Necessary: yes, for the notice itself to work.
- Supabase session cookie (sb-*-auth-token) and the panel's two-factor verification cookie — only created when an EHT Labs team member signs in to the internal admin panel; never created for a visitor or client of the public site. Provider: Supabase (data processor). Duration: up to 1 hour (auto-renewed) and 30 seconds respectively.
3. Cookies we do NOT use
This site does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tool — we checked both the code and every project dependency to confirm this. Fonts on this site are served from our own domain (never requested from Google's servers at runtime), so they don't create any third-party connection or cookie either.
If we add any analytics or advertising tool in the future, we will update this policy before enabling it and, if that tool isn't strictly necessary, we will request your prior consent through a cookie settings panel.
4. Purpose of each cookie
Every cookie and local storage item listed in section 2 serves a single purpose: letting you sign in and stay identified in the Client Panel, remembering you've seen this notice, or (for the admin cookies) letting the EHT Labs team securely access the internal panel. None of them are used to build profiles, show personalised ads, or track you across websites.
5. Legal basis and consent
Article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE) exempts cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user — such as signing in to a client panel or remembering a dismissed notice — from requiring prior consent. Every cookie and storage item this site uses falls into that category.
That's why this site doesn't show an accept/reject banner with optional categories: there is no non-essential cookie for you to decide on. We do show an informational notice the first time you visit, so you know about this policy before using any form or the Client Panel.
6. How to accept, reject or configure cookies
Since we don't use any optional cookie, there is nothing to accept, reject or configure by category: the cookie notice you see on entry is purely informational and closes with "Got it".
If you'd still rather not receive the strictly necessary cookie (eht_client_session), you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking it will prevent you from signing in to the Client Panel.
7. How to withdraw your consent
Since no consent is requested for any non-essential cookie, there is no consent to withdraw. If we add optional cookies in the future, this section will be updated with a clear mechanism to withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given.
8. Third parties
The only cookies created by an external provider are the admin login cookies (Supabase), and they only affect EHT Labs staff, never visitors. For more information on how Supabase handles data, you can consult its own privacy policy.
This site's Work page shows, inside a frame (iframe), a live view of N0RDA and Kontrol — two other EHT Labs products hosted on separate domains (n0rda.eht-labs.com and kontrol.cc). If those applications set their own cookies, they are governed by their own policy, not this one.
For any question about this cookie policy, write to us at general@eht-labs.com.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this cookie policy if the technology this site uses changes. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
